I've followed this and other threads on trying to get a fresh install of ZM working with my Wansview W3 I did try this one with MotionEyeOS - also with success - very smooth.I know this thread hasn't been touched in a while, but it seemed the most relevant.
I have another fourth camera 1080P Hikvision, that I'm using for other projects. I've tried many things - reinstalling and playing with settings, without any result. The video stream is perfect in the camera app, and also a random iPad app with RTSP stream - very smooth. Motion detection and video stream is set OFF. I've noticed CPU usage on the Pi raises to 97% when camera is online. Also video resolution and frame rate settings doesn't change anything. I've tried both wifi and lan - same problem.
The delay is around 10 seconds, and completely unusable. Both RTSP and MJPEG stream are very laggy and slow in the preview. OS dev20190126īut the new third camera (Wansview W2 1080P), is really giving me problem. The motionseyeos version is 0.39.3 and motion is 4.1.1.
My excisting setup is running on a 3b+, with a low res y-cam and another Wansview W3 720P camera - everything is great and smooth. I'm struggling with my new Wansview W2, witch I'm planning to use with my existing 2 camera MotionEyeOS setup.
